Nicolas SAPA 8263104fe4 [youtube] Fix 'liveChatReplayContinuationData' missing 'continuation' key 
live_chat_continuation['continuations'][0]['liveChatReplayContinuationData']['continuation'] can not exist.
So catch the KeyError.
