[postprocessor/ffmpeg] Allow options for mp3

Why?
Options like `preferredquality` are ignored when postprocessing mp3s.

What?
Remove `mp3` from the list of `filecodec` values to check for in the
"lossless" condition unless `preferredquality` is unspecified.
